By law, the Agent must tell the Client if the Agent or any connected person intends to earn any commission from offering the Client or a buyer any other services.

If the Agent or any connected person earns money from any of these services, the Agent or connected person would keep this commission. The following services will be offered by the Agent or connected persons, both to the seller and to the buyer if required:

• Conveyancing referrals – Elliot Mather LLP Solicitors (Chesterfield) pay a commission of £150.00 plus VAT per referral.
• Mortgage referrals – Cloud Mortgages (Nottingham) pay a variable commission.

There is no obligation on the Client to use these providers, the Client is free to arrange an alternative
